Work Cell Integration

When bending tube & pipe figures in series production, automatic feeding and unloading of the work pieces will be the next step to further reducing of throughput times and production costs. For such applications TRACTO-TECHNIK has developed various system solutions, which can be flexibly adapted to the customer's requirements. Integrated components of such a work cell can be : •  tube stack with conveyor unit •  separation •  longitudinal alignment •  weld seam detection •  rotational alignment •  tube feeding into the bending machine     (sideways or from the front) •  unloading and defined depositing Using such a complete solution the operator only has to fill up the tube stack and to remove the finished parts out of the other storage box from time to time.
