Tube Measuring Software

The tried-and-tested measuring software for our TUBOSCAN tube measuring systems is available either as LT Version
with a restricted function range or as Full Version with enhanced functionalities. Futhermore the software is extendable
with a design module or various interfaces for a smooth data transfer from third-party solutions (e.g. CAD systems).

The LT Version contains the basic measuring functions for tubes, wires and hoses, e.g.


Measuring, visualisation, documentation and data storage of tube figures.	Measurement of a tube figure with display of the calculated XYZ and LRA bending data.	Nominal-actual value comparison of a measured tube with its master tube.

	•	"Leapfrog function" for continuous measuring of tubes, which range above the measuring envelope of the coordinate measuring arm,
	•	Measuring of 180° bends (U-bends).

Within the Full Version numerous helpful tube processing and calculation features are included, e.g.


Automatic generation of sizing tools with complete documentation.	Visualisation of 3D measured tube figures according to 2D drawings.	Measuring, visualisation, documenta- tion and comparison of add-on pieces

	•	Import of tube data from various CAD systems via IGES interface,
	•	Additional practical functions (e.g. alignment, comparison, correction, collision check, ...).

The Design Module allows for three-dimensional definition
and modification of tube courses without limits.

Further options :

•	Export of XYZ and LRA tube bending data via interfaces,
•	Linkage of existing (C)NC tube bending machines.
