Cutting ring assembly device with automatic pressure adjustment
If cutting ring connections are used within a hydraulic circuit it's very important that assembling of the cutting rings occurs with the right specific pressure. In this way it can be ensured that the hydraulic system will operate impeccable and leakage-free.
Using TRACTOPRESS various single-bite and double-bite cutting rings for tubes up to Ø 42 mm can be assembled faultlessly and within just a few seconds. A counter-support plate for a certain tube diameter is positioned to regulate the required specific contact pressure automatically and exactly, thus assuring perfect assembly.
A storage box for clear depositing of the assembling connections and the counter-support plates is also available.
