Electro-hydraulic CNC tube bending machines: TUBOTRON

The CNC controlled mandrel bending machines of the TUBOTRON line meet the highest demands on quality where design,
performance and fabrication are concerned. They are the perfect solution for serial production as well as for flexible single
production of tube and pipe bending parts. All functions are automated and the speed of all axes can be programmed free.

Depending on the model, tubes and pipes with an outside diamter of
up to 170 mm can be bent economically and fully automated. The
small benders are equipped with a servo-electric bending drive. In
contrast the big machines are driven hydraulically with proportional-
valve regulation.

Control technique
Using the latest control techniques from SIEMENS, even the most
complicated tube shapes can be produced at minimal throughput
times and maximum finishing precision. Operation is done either
by means of a SIMATIC panel PC with graphic user guidance or a
SIMATIC operator panel with function keys and graphic display.

Telediagnostic service
A tele-service interface makes way for the remote maintenance of
the machine control by our technicians. The tube bending machine
therefore is always up to date in reference to the latest technology;
should any kind of problem crop up, you have the complete expe-
rience and know-how of our employees to back you up - on short
terms and all over the world.

Work cell integration
For serial production TRACTO-TECHNIK has devloped various system
solutions, which can be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements
of our customers. Separation from a tube stack, weld seam detection,
tube alignment, feeding, unloading and depositiong of the tubes can
be easily integrated into the bending machine's control or executed
by a robot.
