1-axis-controlled & semi-automatic tube benders: TUBOBEND

At the single-axis controlled tube bending machines of our TUBOBEND line the bending function is automated while tube feed and tube rotation have to be carried out manually (motorial support for the large machines available). These machines are primarily used for single or small series production as well as for repair works on jobsites. Depending on the model, tubes up to 140 mm outside diameter can be processed.

Plane of bend device and length stops for series production When producing tube bending parts in small series a plane of bend device and length stops will definitely simplify your work, because the tube can be aligned in its length and rotational position between the bends. If desired, an additional digital display for the length and rotation axes of the tube is available. New touch control for TUBOBEND 30, 50, 80 L, 80, 90 These machines are equipped with a SIMATIC touch panel control (TP) with menu-driven user guidance, which is very easy and comfortable to operate. Optionally direct transfer of the bending data from a PC to the machine control is available. Control concept for TUBOBEND 20, 42, 48 An electronic control with pre-selction (8-fold) and automatic sequencing of bending angles as well as digital display for desired and actual values of the respective bending angle is standard. Semi-automatic functionality for TUBOBEND 30, 50, 80, 90, 120 The semi-automatic tube benders are equipped with automatic brakes for the length and rotational positioning axes, thus simplifying precise alignment of the tube between the bends.
